Abstract

The Umma of the Asian part of Russia in the course of its development has always been a non-equilibrium system. It was and is composed of elements (personalities and communities, connections between them and the environment, conservative or progressive beliefs and ideas), each of them contributes to the characteristics of this system in the process of cultural formation and influences the identification of all its members
